Our new series of sessions with lots of practical skills to deepen your connection, and confidence when creating play experiences for and with your child.
Sessions will be held at Works at Play HQ in Arana Hills, Qld.

All workshops will be

🌟Child friendly - yes you are welcome to bring your children as I know first hand there aren't always other options.

FELTING ROCKS $22 9.30am - 11am Max 8 per session
Enjoy a crafty morning together, learning the basics around wet felting, as we create some felted rocks. Take these home of course to use in your small world play or seasonal tables.

WET FELTED PLAYMATS $77 9.30am-11.30am Max 4 per session
You will learn the techniques of wet felting and create your very own felted playmat!

CREATING SMALL WORLD PLAYSPACES $44 10am - 11.30am max 6 per session
In this session we will explore constructing small world play spaces, and the importance of this style of play for language, imagination and social development. You will even have the opportunity to curate yourself a bag of resources to take home!

PRESENTATION OF PLAY AND LEARNING MATERIALS $44 coming in 2020 max 6 per session
The way we present materials to children can really play a huge role in how they interact, play and learn. In this session we explore simple aspects of the Reggio Emelia Approach, the importance of the environment as the third teacher and how we can create both inviting, respectful and meaningful play provocations for children to explore.
